Community Impact
I believe education can create long-term change, but access to educational resources is not always equal. This has motivated me to become involved in projects that support students and communities through practical, direct action. My community work has focused mainly on educational access, book donation, school supplies, and support for students affected by difficult circumstances.
Books for Students
Book and Learning-Material Donation Initiative: When a book is given away, a dream continues to be nurtured
I founded an initiative that collects books, notebooks, and other learning materials and redistributes them to students in communities where educational resources are limited. The idea behind the project is simple: a book that is no longer needed by one student may still be extremely valuable to another. Instead of allowing useful educational materials to remain unused, we try to redirect them to places where they can continue supporting learning. Through this project, I have learned that community work requires more than good intentions. It also requires organization, communication, responsibility, and the ability to follow a project through from planning to delivery.
Educational Support for Flood-Affected Communities

I have also participated in activities providing books, notebooks, and school supplies to children and families affected by floods and other natural disasters. During a disaster, education may not appear to be the most urgent concern, but when students lose books, notebooks, and school materials, returning to normal learning can become much more difficult. Providing educational supplies is one small but practical way to help students regain continuity and return to their studies. This experience helped me understand that recovery is not only about addressing immediate needs, but also about helping people rebuild the routines that allow everyday life to continue.

Beyond individual donation activities, I am interested in broader efforts that help students gain access to learning materials and educational opportunities. These experiences have shown me that even relatively small contributions can become meaningful when they respond to a specific need. They have also taught me to think more carefully about how resources are collected, organized, and delivered so that they reach the people who can benefit from them most.
Why Community Work Matters to Me
Science and engineering often focus on large and complex problems, but meaningful impact can also begin with small, practical actions. Community service has reminded me that solving any problem starts with understanding what people actually need. This lesson also influences the way I think about engineering and research. Whether I am designing a device, developing a scientific project, or organizing educational support, I try to begin with the same question: Who is this for, and what problem are we actually trying to solve?
